S.T.O.P.P. - When it comes to effective diversity programs, dealing only with the people in an organization is a recipe for disaster. The culture, the environment in which the people wok must also be addressed. Culture drives behavior and behavior supports the culture. S.T.O.P.P. allows participants to live this truth and then determine what to do about it in their own workplace culture.
Societies - This is an exercise in differences, and the impact that being targeted because of differences can have on morale, on productivity and on the overall output in an organization. Participants deal with barriers as they create a new society and work to succeed in it.
